This Fellowship course aims to support participants to develop a deep and grounded awareness of the Kujenga Njia methodology as a framework for systems change practice.
It creates a space for participants to explore how this approach emerges from lived experience, cultural knowledge, and relational ways of working. Through engagement with the methodology, participants will examine their own practice and how they operate within complex systems.
The programme encourages participants to test and adapt Kujenga Njia in their real work rather than apply it as a fixed model. It supports the development of reflective, culturally rooted, and responsive leadership practice. Ultimately, the aim is for participants to begin to shape a way of working that is informed by Kujenga Njia and grounded in their own context and community.
